Paper Mache

This week we have been paper maching. With paper mache we have been making canopic jars. I am making the Jackal. Most people are making the Jackal because it is easy to make. No one really made the human designed one. Then we had to paint it white. When it dried we drew what's on the canopic jar. such as the patterns and the eyes. After that we painted it with colours. I have finished my one. Here's picture of mine

Basketball starts tonight!

Basketball is starting today! There are 3 teams this year. The first one is Hot Shots. The second one is the Havoc. The last is the Heats and I'm in one of them. The one I'm in is the Heats. The Heats train only on Tuesday. It's very exciting. I really want to go every day. That's how excited I am right now. We are playing at Middleton Grange school. It's going to make my day.

Ancient Egyptian Cartouche

Hello, In term two we Are learning about Ancient Egypt. We knew that slaves and farmers were basically the same thing. I wasn't really intrigued by this because it was not that fun. Now I think it is fun. The Ancient Egypt civilization started 5000 thousand or 3100 .B.C years ago. I also learnt that Ancient means a long long long time. The Pharaoh was the of Ancient Egypt. Here is a picture of my Cartouche and what the symbols are.

Now here is an Image of my Cartouche that had my name on it. It was only a fake on not a real Cartouche like a long time ago. I am still working it.

Hello, today I am going to be showing you about my Narrative Picture Prompt. Our teacher shared this document. She gave us a Picture and we had to write a story that was made up

Intro who where when

The thunder roared like a lion hunting. It was the wind that was like a tsunami hitting the pirate ship. Me
and my crew kept on moving side to side. Rocks hit like a meteor on to our ship. Our ship breaking
into pieces like glass. That lighting was very very vicious, and horrific. We had to go as soon as
possible.

I was flying of the  ark. When I quickly grabbed onto the side of the ark,  then I looked into the raging
dark sea. There was a monster facing towards me.  The wind blew harder and harder every second that
past by. The ark broke into pieces. Then CRASH! It crashed into tiny and large rocks.

“Intriguing” I said

I sprinted to the exit of the ark, then jumped of the exit (since there were no ladders
or stairs to go down.
“OOF” I fell down and hit my head.

I looked around the island and found treasure.

“I will find this treasure”

I found the treasure. The treasure were only just bricks and light and torches.
It did take a long time though.

Pirate war great. It was the worst time. The war was when pirate and there crews 
would fight and i'm alone.

“huh” I sighed.

I had to upgrade now. Now I upgraded with
machine gunned canons, lasers machines and more.

School summit 2019!!!

Today I went to the school summit. It was really fun. We were there from 9AM to 1PM. I taught people on how to use screencastify. I learnt another  game by doing this "School Summit". It was called justbuild. People were confused when I was explaining it but then they got kind of used to it. Here is the slide show that I made.

Duffy theater

Hello everyone, on Thursday Duffy came to our school. they were a group of actors. They did a play and it was very funny and I was always laughing. I also got to be a volunteer to help Duffy out. It was helping Duffy to making the word inventor. Then the puzzler came and ruined our words. At the start Duffy came to see Sam (girl by the way) then he wore his nana's glasses and started dancing like a weirdo. Then he took of the glasses and he got sucked into the game magic bricks. The skin that he wore was the muscle one. He was very strong and then the demoniter came so he built like a flash to protect himself. After that the demoniter broke the stairs and so the demoniter came after him because she was trying to brake his muscle (which she thought were bricks) so he changed his skin to a flower. I really thought it was the best play ever

JUMP JAM

In week 7 We did a Jump Jam session, but we missed our swimming time. It was on a Wednesday before we had our morning break. There were 4 leaders from the children and I was one of them. We sung a song in minion language. Here is a video of us doing jump jam.
