Leading the Charge

Hello everyone, today I'm are going to telling you what I would do if I was the principle of my school. I would change it so that the children would be able to do whatever they want, to get better at something they want to do, they can do it during class. Longer play times and breaks. And have 30 minutes of reading while listening to some of there favorite music. More places to play like a new play grounds. Mufti every day ( wearing what ever you want).

Swimming.

Hello everyone! Today we are going to tell you about school swimming. For swimming we go to Canterbury Swim school. We go with another classroom, in a bus. My swim school teacher is Janelle.  Were learning to do back strokes, Circles, Worms, and more. We can go half way or a full length which is 1m 35 cm. It gets pretty deep for me but I can still do it. Here are some pictures of our group going swimming.

Types of blog posts

WALT do different kinds of blog posts.  We are doing it for cybersmart. There are 3 types. First one is publish, where you publish your work. Teach, where you teach others how to do stuff. And last but not least Feedback, where you give some work that is not complete, then get the idea and put it on your piece of work. If it is anything silly like put a stickman dabbing then don't.

New buildings

Today we have new buildings. There are some new buildings getting built in our school. they are covering the front entrance of the gym. They are new classrooms. They are for the classes that are somewhere in the school. Here are some pictures of the new buildings

Bee Pollinations cycle

                         Hello everybody

We have been learning about creepy crawlies. 2 weeks ago we had to draw the bee's pollination cycle. We had to do it on a google drawing and we had to show the cycle of them pollinating. It was very easy to do but it took a long time because we had to look on the web for pictures. It took only 1 or 2 days to complete it.  Here is my pollination cycle.

Miss McDonald is leaving

This is the last day of Miss McDonald inside our classroom. Our class is definitely going to miss her because she taught us everything about Creepy Crawlies. This is her last day of her being here. Here is a picture of her and me

Pollinators and decomposers!

Hello, this week we have been learning about pollinators (like bee's butterfly etc.) and decomposers (like worms etc.) our teacher told us to make a slide show about pollinators and decomposers. Paper Mache

This week we have been paper maching. With paper mache we have been making canopic jars. I am making the Jackal. Most people are making the Jackal because it is easy to make. No one really made the human designed one. Then we had to paint it white. When it dried we drew what's on the canopic jar. such as the patterns and the eyes. After that we painted it with colours. Basketball starts tonight!

Basketball is starting today! There are 3 teams this year. The first one is Hot Shots. The second one is the Havoc. The last is the Heats and I'm in one of them. The one I'm in is the Heats. The Heats train only on Tuesday. It's very exciting. I really want to go every day. That's how excited I am right now. We are playing at Middleton Grange school. It's going to make my day.

Ancient Egyptian Cartouche

Hello, In term two we Are learning about Ancient Egypt. We knew that slaves and farmers were basically the same thing. I wasn't really intrigued by this because it was not that fun. Now I think it is fun. The Ancient Egypt civilization started 5000 thousand or 3100 .B.C years ago. I also learnt that Ancient means a long long long time. The Pharaoh was the of Ancient Egypt. Here is a picture of my Cartouche and what the symbols are.

The thunder roared like a lion hunting. It was the wind that was like a tsunami hitting the pirate ship. Me
and my crew kept on moving side to side. Rocks hit like a meteor on to our ship. Our ship breaking
into pieces like glass. That lighting was very very vicious, and horrific. We had to go as soon as
possible.

I was flying of the  ark. When I quickly grabbed onto the side of the ark,  then I looked into the raging
dark sea. There was a monster facing towards me.  The wind blew harder and harder every second that
past by. The ark broke into pieces. Then CRASH! It crashed into tiny and large rocks.

“Intriguing” I said

I sprinted to the exit of the ark, then jumped of the exit (since there were no ladders
or stairs to go down.
“OOF” I fell down and hit my head.

I looked around the island and found treasure.

“I will find this treasure”

I found the treasure. The treasure were only just bricks and light and torches.
It did take a long time though.

Pirate war great. It was the worst time. The war was when pirate and there crews 
would fight and i'm alone.

“huh” I sighed.

I had to upgrade now. Now I upgraded with
machine gunned canons, lasers machines and more.

School summit 2019!!!

Today I went to the school summit. It was really fun. We were there from 9AM to 1PM. I taught people on how to use screencastify. I learnt another  game by doing this "School Summit". It was called justbuild. People were confused when I was explaining it but then they got kind of used to it. Here is the slide show that I made.

Duffy theater

Hello everyone, on Thursday Duffy came to our school. they were a group of actors. They did a play and it was very funny and I was always laughing. I also got to be a volunteer to help Duffy out. It was helping Duffy to making the word inventor. Then the puzzler came and ruined our words. At the start Duffy came to see Sam (girl by the way) then he wore his nana's glasses and started dancing like a weirdo. Then he took of the glasses and he got sucked into the game magic bricks. The skin that he wore was the muscle one. He was very strong and then the demoniter came so he built like a flash to protect himself. After that the demoniter broke the stairs and so the demoniter came after him because she was trying to brake his muscle (which she thought were bricks) so he changed his skin to a flower. JUMP JAM

In week 7 We did a Jump Jam session, but we missed our swimming time. It was on a Wednesday before we had our morning break. There were 4 leaders from the children and I was one of them. We sung a song in minion language. Here is a video of us doing jump jam.

100 word count stories

Hello and today I am going to be showing you people about my 100 word count story where we had get exactly 100 words we could not go over the limit or under the limit here are my 100 word count stories. Week 2  

… it was completely out of tune…  

I was walking around past my friends house. I forgot that it was my friends birthday today. I quickly went back home. Time to wrap the present up right now. He said for his birthday he wanted a remote controlled car. I quickly packed it up forgetting to put the batteries inside it. “That should be good enough,” I said. I only put the batteries in the car. I wrapped it up. The party is going to start in 5 minutes. I went and gave the present just in time when he tried them, it was completely out of tune.

Week 3

It was mothers today. Luckly I remembered today. I went to the shop with my brother buy for mum a gift. I said to my older brother

“Lets get a teddy bear for mum today.”

“Sure lets buy it” said my brother

When we got home we wrapped it up and gave it to our mum. Then she opened it up it. She wanted to take to work and dropped it on the way to work. It was by the door. I picked it up. Mum probably dropped it by accident. When mum came back I gave it to her.

Week 4

Today me and my brother bought some vinger. We thought it was water. I was drinking it first. Then I had sore throat I told my brother that the vinegar was too sharp. After that I got better and told him not to drink the vinegar.

“UH HUH, VINeGaR IS ACID!” I shouted, Then I told my brother to sell the vinegar to the store and buy some water. Then we bought lots of vinegar and sold it to people. So we bought everything like a brand new house for our mum and uncle. Everything you would have thought of.

Week 5

Today we went to the beach. I wanted to eat a red ice cream. I ate my ice cream,changed into my togs. I climbed up the ladder then jumped.

“I’M sinking !” I shouted out

“Give me your coin I’ll keep it until we are going home.”

There was a pavement covering something and a sign saying “ DO NOT UNCOVER”

I had to go there. So I went and uncovered the pavement and saw that there was a button saying “PRESS TO GET SECRET WEBS POWERS” and I press the button and realised that my body had started to change.

Week 6

Today I had to do some chores. Like cleaning stuff and folding clothes. I did my chores and then my friend. He brought something with him.

“This can give you any thing you want” he said

I wanted an Iphone 10. I opened it. It was empty. What a suprise.

“You lied It did not give me anything” I said

“Because it can’t read minds.” he said

So I said to the thing.

“Iphone 10 please” I reapted

Then I opened it and the box had an Iphone 10 inside the box.

“WOW” I shouted, happly

“Happy birthday” he said

Week 7

I was walking, and suddenly . . . this house appeared out of no where.

“Maybe it was an apociliptic house.” I thought

It looked like a normal house but in my head I knew it was not normal. So I walked inside then I realised what my mum had said to me she said. I had to go inside. Then I saw the house was a massive castle, an old, old one. There were more than 50 cob webs inside, everywhere. Then there was a massive painting it was a picture of the 1st king. I ran out and went back home.

I went through the awful, stinky jungle and found a stinky grey gorilla as the baby gorilla jump on its
mums back.
Its feet stomped and made the hard rocks rumble. When it took one more step a pigeon flew going at an

extreme speed. Then the grey, sharp eyed, gorilla look at me eye to eye. I went back couple steps
back and then a sharp pickly rock hit my leg. I jumped just over the pickly rock, suddenly . . . behind the
rock was gorilla house. My heart beated and then . . . the moon was here I didn’t even realise that the
moon was up shining so brightly my eyes had been filled with tears. The grey, cuddly, sharp eyes
gorilla sat(luckly I had moved before its stinky bottom sat on my face. The baby gorilla look so adorable,
cute when it was sleeping.

I saw this fire sky and the beautiful horizon. The reflection in the water. This is the place I want. The grey
little cute birds chirping for food.  Such a peaceful spot. The lake the sunshine shining bright into my
brown eyes. I jumped in like it falling into nothing. The salty water tasted awfully disgusting. I climbed
up except it started to hurt. I still climbed until I got out of the  horrific water. It should be like 6:00 right
now and it is already sunset. I don’t care it is peaceful. Then it was starting to get colder and colder.
Suddenly it was 7:00 then started to get warm that's awkward. That never ever happened to me before
but i’ll get used to it. Jumped into the salty horrific water then my family came and jumped in with me in
the salty horrific water. It was very fun doing it I enjoy swimming in the salty horrific water.

“Bye bye horizon and sunshine we’ll meet some other day ok” I repeated in a friendly way.

Hear nature wind howling footprints

Taste salty air

See person, trees, bushes, yellow leaves, sun

Feel pointy bushes, thick trees, pointy and long grass

Smell air

The rotten red leaves falling from the tall straight thick trees. The orange sun looking like a fire ball. The
pointy long bushes with yellow and green leaves. Short grass next to the rotten red leaves. The
wind howling like an arrow shooting from a bow. A person coming in the distance like a bulldozer chasing
it food making lot of crunchy noise.

Amazing Choir 2019

This year I have been doing Choir, We have sung A Million Dreams. We do Choir every Thursday. We also get a sherbet if we get a necklace. Our Choir teacher is Miss D.  We also have some rules.  these are the rules. Respect everyone around you, sing beautifully, enjoy yourself, and be awesome.
