About a cheetah

Today I'm going to tell you about what a cheetah, this is going to be a lot of words so be buckled up for this next part

The beautiful world of Cheetahs.

Cheetahs have 2000-3000 spots on their body that go all the way to the end of their tail.
They have black lines to help them see prey from 5 kilometres.
Plus males are usually way larger than female Cheetahs. It’s tail is at least 10 - 50 centimetres.
They have black lines near their eyes and make them see farther in the daytime. But they can’t see in
the dark.

They live in dry and grassy areas. They live in Auckland, Africa and more dry and grassy areas.
Grass patches are what they look for in the dry sun. Dirt patches are also what they look like if it is dry.
Most of them probably live in Africa. 

They eat different kinds of birds while the birds aren’t flying.
They eat chickens, ducks,  young wild beasts and gazelles. They have to sneak up on their prey otherwise
the prey will try to fight or will run away. The other things they eat are impala, guinea fowl, and hares.
When they eat, they leap toward the prey and bite them on the back or on the front of them. It takes them
about 5 seconds to catch up to their prey as they are running away from the cheetah. 

The cheetah is as fast a Ferrari, and uses its muscular tail to get balance while going at high speeds.
It uses its tail to take sharp turns while at high speeds. It has non retractable claws to have while going
faster than 200 kilometres per hour. Which is about 1 km per second. Its speed is only available for about
1-10 minutes so that gives it enough time to run away fast enough from it’s enemy. It also uses it’s fast
speed to catch up to their prey and eat it. Why I think it is called the cheetah is because they cheat their
speed to go and fast as a sports car.

It can’t climb trees because it is not strong enough to have grip against the tree, breaking it down or just
making some scratches on the tree. The cheetah is also the fastest land animal in the entire world, and
can go from 0 - 160 KM in 3 seconds. But they only go at this fast speed for 1-10 minutes because they
easily get tired. They aren’t strong so they sneak up on their prey so they don’t
alert them and when they alert the enemies then they run away. They use their speeds for running away
from their prey or to easily catch up with their prey. They only hunt one time every 2 - 7 days. And while
they are hunting they get a lot of food before going home and they bring some backup to help them carry
the food.

100 W.C

Konichiwa everybody. Today I am going to be showing you my latest 100 W.C ( 100 Word Count ) This is a story that has to have exactly 100 words. Can't have anymore and any less has to be 100 word. This is a very easy and fun challenge. especially because it's school work. sorry that I haven't been posting blog posts I'm going to be doing more here are my 100 W.C stories.

Term 2           Week 8

    That when I knew I should run

I had been woken up from a crazy dream. Making me scared even though It was a lucid dream.
Lucid dreams are weird. I went to get some water and on the door handle there was a dark green bloody
hand. That when I knew I should run. The monster was too fast . I had to fight it, but it was no use.
I got this weapon from my lucid dream called the Keyblade. 

“Hey Isn’t this from that lucid dream yesterday.”

I fought it and it vaporised and a heart came out of it and went to outer space.

The fire prince VS Half cold Half warm

Hello everybody today I am going to be telling you about my slide show that me and my friend made. 
The reason we made this was to practice using keyboard shortcuts as part of Cyber Smart.  We had to create the characters first (which we got from the internet) and we created the other stuff the the fire getting shot from the main character and other stuff. Here is our slideshow.

Buddy Class

Hello there everyone. Today our class did buddy class with room 3-4.  We made Oscar holding a sign saying put your rubbish in the bin. If you do not know who Oscar is, he is a person from Sesame Street that likes trash. It was teaching us what a kaitiaki is. My buddies name is Martin. Here is a picture of me and him.

Leading the Charge

Hello everyone, today I'm are going to telling you what I would do if I was the principle of my school. I would change it so that the children would be able to do whatever they want, to get better at something they want to do, they can do it during class. Longer play times and breaks. And have 30 minutes of reading while listening to some of there favorite music. More places to play like a new play grounds. Mufti every day ( wearing what ever you want).

Swimming.

Hello everyone! Today we are going to tell you about school swimming. For swimming we go to Canterbury Swim school. We go with another classroom, in a bus. My swim school teacher is Janelle.  Were learning to do back strokes, Circles, Worms, and more. We can go half way or a full length which is 1m 35 cm. It gets pretty deep for me but I can still do it. Here are some pictures of our group going swimming.
